I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlín) in May 2017
Interview
The general atmosphere during the interviews is pretty relaxed. Not too many stereotypical "tricky" interview questions, but it is worth preparing for those. There's a space to bring your own questions and open up a conversation with the interviewer, which is a great chance too show your interest in the job.

Flew me to Boston for an interview. Met with 4 people. Asked standard questions about experience and behavioral situations. Asked some retail math questions and showed excel chart and asked you to solve and interpret data. After the interview, I never heard back from the company, never even emailed me to say I didn’t get the job.
