Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Had one phone interview that was mostly just an informational discussion with someone from recruiting. Specifics about the actual role were not mentioned. I then came in for one in-person interview and was hired almost immediately as I left the office.
The interview process was easy, simple and to the point. The team manager was the person that interviewed and asked very common interview question such as what is your biggest weakness, where do you see yourself in the next couple of years, etc.

Interview
I met with someone from HR to go over details about the company in general and then a 1:2 interview with my potential manager and a senior team member. Pretty standard interview questions, the atmosphere was friendly and informative.

Question 1
Standard stuff about my experience, interest in working there, etc. No strange curve ball questions.

Interview
You can basically bomb the interview and still get a job offer. This department has a very high turnover rate so they are always looking for fresh-out-of-college people. I met with two department managers who asked very basic questions that weren't challenging at all.
