Wayfair Designer interview questions

They are ghosters. Couldn't even muster an automated email after interviewing. Phone screen with recruiter; 1:1 video interview with hiring manager; 1:1 video interview with employee from another design group. The salary range was ridiculously low.

Had a phone interview then went in for an in person. Met with a few different teams to see which would fit best with my skill set. Questions were average. They pulled my website up to talk about which was nice rather than on my book. Overall they were quick with scheduling and quick with getting back to me which is refreshing. Unfortunately I had to decline because salary was low. They have stock options which are great but stocks can't pay my rent every month.
