I enjoyed the interview process it was easy and had a natural flow that made me feel comfortable and open. This was my second interview ever through google meetings which was also a great tool that made communication easier then zoom. The recruiter was smiling, lively and very friendly which put me at ease about the process. I feel that wayfair places high priority on producing the best customer service they can across all of their departments (speeking as a customer as well) The interview process was fast and efficient within a 30 minute time frame
A phone screening first. Three separate interviews. One with immediate supervisor, one with the department head and one with a peer.
The were back to back and very scripted. The HR team seemed very green
The interview process was easy and comfortable, the interviewer was very welcoming and warm. I was not able to receive an offer due to other issue that was not the interviewer’s or my fault.
