Wayfair Customer Service interview questions

It was very easy. They ask standard behavioral questions. They use the Star method. Look it and be prepared. Be very upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic. Also be very honest as they are will counter some of your answers. It was a panel interview.

Applied online and was contacted via email, phone and text to complete an assessment. After that was completed I was contacted again to set up a phone interview the following day. The same day a phone interview was scheduled I was sent a generic email from a no-reply address saying they were moving forward with other candidates..... why set up a phone interview then?? And why wouldn’t the recruiter just reach back out. Very unprofessional!!!!! If this is how they treat people during a recruitment process i can’t imagine what being an employee must be like!!
