I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Brief phone screen followed by an in-person interview with 3 different pairs of interviewers. The panels were broken down in the following order: situational, case study and personality/culture fit. Pretty straight forward.
Never heard back one way or the other, but it was still a smooth process regardless.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlín) in Jul 2017
Interview
All in all, the interview process was very quick, transparent and friendly.
After the initial screening, I was invited for a phone interview. Within the same week I came to the office in person to be interviewed by 3 people. The questions and case studies were very fair and appropriate to check the fit for the role.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
I applied through my university. The first interview included some behavioral questions and a short case problem. After that, I was invited for in-person interviews at the office. These included four interviews, ranging from quantitative cases to more behavioral questions. There was also a Q&A portion with a panel of current associates at Wayfair.
