Interview
I applied BA role online. A guy reach out to me said based on my resume, he would love to offer me opportunities to more than 1 role, and if I were interested, a recruiter would contact me later. Then, I wait for another two weeks for the recruiter to reach out. She set up the interview time but didn't call me, and then she sent a calendar invite for reschedule but didn't even state the reason why she didn't call. I accepted the invite because I don't really want to make it as a big deal. However, she skipped the call again. As she did the first time, she sent another invite right after the due time of the call without saying anything. Moreover, the invite date she sent was even in the past. I rejected the invite and decided to withdraw my application.
This is the most unprofessional recruiter I've ever met for all these years. I'm really frustrated because recruiter supposed to be a bridge between the candidate and the company, which means that she should be the best way for candidate to learn and understand the company. I'm not sure how I will be treated in this company since I got such experience even though just as a candidate.
it was a phone screen. HR spoke very fast as they are really busy. Questions are based on Resume and business case. HR cared about how much did I know about the company.
