I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Jun 2018
Interview
2 weeks process. Phone screening 30 mins, followed by on-site interview with 3 interviewers. The expectations were too many from a recent graduate. The case studies were decent, and interviewers were also friendly, but I failed to respond methodically to the business cases I feel.
Took part in 2 rounds of interview. The first round is a phone interview and the second round is onsite interview. Phone interview is about 1 hour long and contains questions about your resume and questions about a quantitative case and a qualitative case. For the onsite interview, you need to meet three recruiters, two are about behavior questions and focused on your resume. Another one is about solving a business case. The case can be quantitative and qualitative. Your performance of case questions is very important for getting hired or not.
