I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, TN) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied in JANUARY and received the email on February. It takes about 3 weeks. First I had a Phone interview and then a video interview in next week. I had interview with 2 managers. It about 2 behavior questions and 8 cases.
Extremely negative experience. I began by filling out a written application on an external jobs website called RippleMatch in November 2018. I was contacted shortly afterwards by an HR rep with a note that someone else in recruiting would be in touch shortly about scheduling a first-round interview, and attached some files with other details about the interview (I was told it would be a case interview conducted via video chat). She CC'd two other recruiters in that email. I sent her my availability as requested, waited about 2 weeks, and heard nothing back.
I tried reaching out to both of the recruiters that had been CC'd in the original email I received. With one, I received a bounce-back message stating that employee no longer worked for Wayfair. The other never responded. Tried reaching out to the original HR rep again, multiple times, and again-- crickets.
This whole ordeal was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was a college senior looking for my first entry-level job and unfortunately had to get used to companies treating me like dirt, but this was very disappointing. As a former long-standing customer of Wayfair, it definitely turned me off of shopping from their site in the future.

Got the response right after the OA.
Fairly effective process.
