Wayfair B2B Account Manager interview questions

Straight forward, up front, professional and a wonderful interview process but once your in the door you are soon forgotten. They claim to have upward mobility but it's really just based on favoritism yet it's corporate what do we expect? Overall good team work atmosphere and lot's of collaboration on the interview front.

First, there was a phone interview where the recruiter asked a list of standard interview questions. It was followed by allowing me to ask questions. Several of my questions had to do with promotion opportunity and compensation. After working here for some time I came to realize that he lied regarding several of the key compensation and promotion opportunities. After speaking about this with a bunch of other people it became apparent that this was standard practice for him.
