Wayfair Account Manager interview questions

Phone interview was very pleasant with basic interview questions. Did the assessment before the interview and it was a little over an hour long, and is timed. It wasn't too hard but just takes time to complete.

After I applied, I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening. I was then scheduled to have an interview via Google Hangouts with the Senior Manager of the team and a case study. Before the interview I was given information on the person who would be speaking with me as well as some points to review before the interview. They tee you up quite nicely in that regard. The day of the interview I was told that I would be having a call instead of a Hangout and there would be no case study. This was a bit concerning to me because it made it seem like I was already not in the top of consideration if they weren't looking to evaluate me objectively as well as subjectively. The conversation overall was great and I felt that I had prepared myself quite well for the interview. I received an email the next day saying that the manager didn't feel that I would be able to keep up with the pace and workload that was involved in the position and they'd be moving on with "stronger candidates". I have over 4 years of relevant experience and am almost finished an MBA for reference...
