It started with someone within the company calling me, I had worked with them previously at another company and they needed someone with my skills to help advance the team they were working with. They asked if i was interested in changing companies and if i could come down for an interview. At the time my current employer had no opportunities for me to advance my career, and this seemed like a exciting company to work for, so i went into the interview. I met up with the contact i known, and he took me into one of the executives offices. I met with 3 of the team leaders within the company, they all review copies of my resume during the meeting. It lasted maybe 20 minuets, they didn't have many tough questions, but just were leading towards me being able to handle what they were looking for. The next day I got a call from my original contact and he made me an offer over the phone. We talked back and forth about a few things, but I accepted and the next day, gave notice to my current employer and started with the new company 2 weeks later.
