Completely discriminatory. I met with two men, who played good cop bad cop. One was extremely nice and friendly, and seemed to genuinely be interested in my candidacy. The other kept saying they needed someone who would be there constantly, never taking time off, while subtly alluding to and assuming that I would not be fit because I am a woman who wanted children eventually. It was completely unprofessional and full of micro aggressions. I knew walking out of there that the bad cop had already made assumptions about me, and I was not going to be seriously considered because I was a young woman.
