I arrived early, had to wait a few minutes after my scheduled interview, went into one of the managers office. The manager basically talked the whole time about their past experiences while I just sat there and pretended to listen. They offered the job to me then took me to the store just to show me around. Really simple. If you have experience then they’ll hire you.
