Worst interview I had ever been to. Started off with a brief and went to the theatre room. Got out in to groups and was asked to devise a marketing campaign while people came and watched. Staff made you feel uncomfortable and under pressure. They provided lunch called us back to the room and told half of us to go home. It was an unfair process worst assessment centre. Didn’t get to know us individually and staff were unwelcoming. Wouldn’t waste your time.

Standard online application form where you were required to be quite creative in your answers. Telephone interview followed initial application form if successful. This was very pleasant and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable.
