Phone screen with the recruiter and hiring manager. Though invited in, I accepted a different offer and did not attend the in person interview. The recruiter was one of the best I have encountered in a long time. She was thoughtful and kind and funny.
Having an exceptional recruiter made the experience so much better. The hiring manager was very interesting to chat with. The skills and experience questions were pretty easy for me, but when I asked him about company culture, it sounded a bit bleak. It def impacted my desire to come in for an in person interview.

Interview
Recruiter screening over the phone, video call with hiring manager, then four panel zoom interviews with 2-3 people on each panel. Process took about a month from start to finish and was followed by a background check and employer confirmations.

Situational questions about being solutions oriented and team-fit questions.
I had a screener about 2 months after I submitted my application and then a second phone interview that was supposed to be with a Senior PM, but ended up speaking someone at the director-level.
Screener with HR was pleasant. My second phone interview ended up being a stress interview. The interviewer was unfortunately quite negative and condescending, which I believe speaks to the broader product organization culture at WB. Be sure to know the mobile gaming industry VERY well.
