Walt Disney Company Cast Member - Part Time interview questions

I was hired on as a seasonal cast member. The interview was pretty standard. Nothing really special about it. I came in asked to see the hiring manager. She came out to greet me and we went backstage for the interview. We honestly just chatted like friends while she asked the basic interview questions like: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work at the Disney store, etc.

Applied online and was invited to a group interview with 10 other people. The same questions were asked to everyone and went one by one down the lines to hear answers.
