I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Nov 2024
Interview
I recently went through the interview process with Disney, and I have to say, it was one of the most frustrating experiences of my professional life.
From the beginning, communication was lacking. The recruiter was virtually non-existent, often leaving me in the dark about the next steps.
When I finally had my second interview, the interviewer was friendly and encouraging, even saying I did great and offering to help me prepare for the next round. He shared his email address, which I appreciated, and I felt optimistic about my prospects.
However, after this positive interaction, the ghosting returned—this time for a staggering six weeks. I reached out multiple times, hoping for an update, but my messages went unanswered. It was disheartening to feel so ignored, especially after receiving such positive feedback.
Eventually, I did receive a response, but it was a rejection. The lack of professionalism throughout the process was disappointing.
Overall, the process left me feeling undervalued and frustrated.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Gatwick, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
Applied online for a Senior Data Analyst position within the Disney + team and was contacted by one of their recruiters, Amy.
Initial phone screening > SQL live test followed by small case studies with one manager & one analyst > behavioural interview with the senior manager > case study interview with one of their data scientists in the US team. Unfortunately I haven’t passed the last case study interview but I believe there were 2 additional short interviews.
I was extremely satisfied with Amy’s kindness and professionalism throughout the process. One of the best recruiters that I’ve ever met by far. She always took the time to explain the different interviews, to share tips and mostly she always ensured to send feedback whether it was good or negative. I also met very talented people throughout the process and can only wish the best for their Analytics team.
