I had four-six rounds of interviews. With two levels of hiring managers and peers/other team members Seemed reasonable, Along with a creative assignment, which seems to be industry standard these days. All in all, I enjoyed the process. Meeting different team members allowed me to bet a sense of their culture.

Interview was a long process, 3+ months, but their was constant communication, which helps. The recruiter was helpful and available. I had one screening interview with the recruiter, then a hiring manager, an art director partner, then a panel interview.
