I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Jan 2024
Interview
It was great, the interviewer was very nice and asked standard questions for a creative executive assistant. Although I did not get the role, I got fantastic feedback. I had a really wonderful experience and communicative HR rep

I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Century City, CA)
Interview
The recruiter, whose LinkedIn lists her as "Lead Recruiter, Disney Entertainment Television Professional," called me and asked some basic questions over the phone. I didn't hear from her for another 3 weeks when she called and asked the same questions again.
She then said, "You know what's funny? You keep saying all the right things, but you don't sound very certain about your answers." And then she snapped at me when I offered to move to a quieter place since she said that my background noise was bothering her. And then snapped again when I apparently described the company, Onyx, incorrectly.
She apologized after realizing that she had been rude. As she should have.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Burbank, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I was approached by a Disney recruiter in an email after I had applied to a previous role which had kept a copy of my resume in their system. It was nice because I skipped the initial screening step, and had a phone call with the recruiter outlining the role in more detail before I moved on to speaking to the two executives I was being asked to support. I met with each of them, and then the interview process drew out and ultimately they had to pivot and restructure which then ended my candidacy.
