It was a HR phone interview. They asked about introduction, work experience and explained about the interview process if qualified for next rounds. They were specific about the work experiece. One can ask questions in the end.

did a behavioral phone call interview with recruiter (they asked about my resume/experience with the technologies on the job listing and why i want to work at disney) -> did a hiring team behavioral video call interview a few weeks later
The first round was a simple phone screening. We discussed some logistics, as well as my background and experience on my resume. I did not progress to the next round but I was told it would be a behavioral interview.
