I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
Applied and got a call for an interview maybe a month later. It was actually the first time I was ever late for an interview but if you call ahead and let them know they will understand (as with anything- things happen and it looks far better to call ahead that you might be a minute late rather than just showing up a minute late). Anyways, I got there a minute after my scheduled interview time and was greeted by a group of people interviewing (I think 4 others). A final girl came in after me so I didn't feel too awkward. We told a little about ourselves and they asked general questions like why Disney, favorite Disney memory, etc. All in all it's very relaxed. You'll do one final check of your availability and make changes if need be. This is actually important and although I did not interview for seasonal I know those positions require you to be available for Thanksgiving and Black Friday. A few days later they called for one more interview and this time it was just two Cast Members and myself and they had the same questions while also asking about how to make magical moments. Maybe a week or two after that I got a call for an offer
Interview questions [1]
