The initial interview was great, but pretty generic. I had an additional one with the software team and realized that I wasn't the candidate they were looking for. The job description was poorly worded. I think better communication early on would have made this a better experience. But it's Disney so everyone was friendlu
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director

The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
