Interview
I applied online. Scheduled a phone screening that same week. The next week, I scheduled a 60-minute interview with two Disney employees. A week later, I received a second interview, which was in the form of two 30-minute interviews. The interview questions were fairly normal, with a few situational questions that makes you think a bit.

Question 1
How would your prior experience fit in with the daily responsibilities of this position?
3 rounds: Multiple departments had the same open role, so I interviewed without knowing which team I would be placed on. First a phone screen with a recruiter. Second there was a round involving the direct supervisors. They talked about the culture fit, as well as asking about what specific Excel formulas I knew. They talked about the business units. The final round was with the senior managers. This was more general.
