Interview process took 2 months. Met with team members, VP and Director. Interviews themselves were great. Nice people, great conversations about the role and industry, and answered all my questions. Comments were made such as "look forward to working together" "You have everything we are looking for" yet 8 weeks later, no offer. Recruiter communication was extremely poor. Interview timeline was described as 2-3 weeks during first call and lasted 2 months. Recruiter offered to speak and offer feedback but when I requested time to talk was never answered.
