I applies for a seasonal position and I was fortunate enough to be selected to stay on after the Holidays. It was a group interview with pretty general straight forward questions. This was much more comfortable than other group interviews because they included games so all interviewees could interact in a fun way. We were asked in final what our favorite Disney character was and why. This seemed an important end note.

Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
