Interview
Everything happened within a week. The manager who interviewed me was very friendly and approachable. It was my first job interview, and she made me feel at ease. The questions were fairly straight forward and provided me the opportunity to share how much I love Disney. The interviewer made me feel welcomed and important, before I was even given an offer.

The manager gave me a toy from back stage and asked me how I would sell this item to a guest
Easy! Everyone was so friendly. Applied online and was called for an in person interview within the week. Appreciated that it felt like they weren’t wasting my time by dragging on the provess
I had a phone screen now I’m going into the Disney store for interview not sure if it’s going to be a group or 1 to 1 but I’m pleased to have passed the screen

Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.
