I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2014
Interview
There is a background check, phone screen, and than 1 or 2 rounds of interviews with the hiring managers. The process is easy enough and you can check your status at anytime on the portal, but the status bar doesn't move very quickly because of the volume that applies. If you call the HR services they are pretty helpful and can give you some insight into what is happening the process but they rarely divulge exact details.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with an unruly teammate.
3 rounds: Multiple departments had the same open role, so I interviewed without knowing which team I would be placed on. First a phone screen with a recruiter. Second there was a round involving the direct supervisors. They talked about the culture fit, as well as asking about what specific Excel formulas I knew. They talked about the business units. The final round was with the senior managers. This was more general.
