Interview
The interview was a group interview. There were 7 other people in my interview group which was very disappointing, and kind of annoying. They asked a series of questions pertaining to previous job experience as well as knowledge of the Disney company. There was no order in which people could answer questions, you basically had to scream your answer out before someone else or you would not get the chance to talk. The part that really surprised me was that they made us read a storybook to our interview group.

Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
