All of the processes were finished through their official website including application and scheduling of the interview. It was a half hour's phone interview. The signal in my apartment was not so good but the voice of the recruiter was surprisingly clear through the phone. All of the questions are behavior ones, and they are primarily routine questions that can be prepared in advance.
