I applied through the university business school department. There were 3 rounds. First round was the resume screening, nothing you can do. The second round was held by the business school staff, involving a question role-play question. The third round was held by the staff from HR of Walt Disney in U.S.A. This was the easiest one. Nothing special, just asked simple interview questions
