Interview
I was a finalist in the Disney Imaginations competition, which is one of the ways that they recruit their interns. We were flown out to Glendale for a week and presented our projects and also had a series of 15 minute speed interviews.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
