Interview
The interview lasted all day. I filled out the application and made an appointment to go in for an interview. You go in and watch a movie about the history of the parks. Afterwards you go in for a one on one interview. They ask what you would do in certain situations. If you answer the questions correctly they look for a job that you would like. If you both agree on something you are hired.
In the interview, I completed several Excel-based tasks designed to assess how I analyse data, apply formulas, and spot errors quickly. The process really highlighted the importance of attention to detail, as even small mistakes could change the outcome. I approached each task methodically and explained my reasoning to show both competence and clarity.

The interview process was very user friendly. It started with a phone call. Then you were provided an assessment test of about 50 questions. Most of these were personality questions.
