I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
Received notice of a phone screening about two weeks after applying. Spoke with the recruiter for roughly 25 minutes. She asked pretty basic questions, going over my resume and eligibility for the position.
About a week later I was asked to schedule a video conference through the Blue Jeans program. I had a 30 minute interview with the person who would be my supervisor and a fifteen minute interview with another person in the office. They got more in depth to my resume and the points that had caught their attention.
I was offered the position just about a full month after applying. Overall it was a pretty simple process, but it can seem kind of repetitive because it doesn't seem like they share notes much. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, though! I also was able to email my recruiter for questions and clarification and she got back to me within a day or two.

Interview
Very friendly and not at all what I expected. There are recruiters who are the ones that get your resume on the hiring manager’s desk if your initial screening goes well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview was conducted on the phone. The interviewer was enthusiastic and has a positive attitude. The phone screen basically asks behavioral questions. After phone screen, a hiring manager will reach out to you for an interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Oct 2018
Interview
In the early phases of the application process there is very little communication for long stretches at a time. If you are selected for phone interview (preliminary screening) you will talk to someone from Human Resources, not the team with which you will be working. If you are selected for to go farther they will offer an in-person interview or a video-chat interview. Disney has the pick of the litter, so they can afford to make you wait and be selective.
