Walmart Sales Associate interview questions

I was lead into a room and asked questions about my work ethic by a very inexperienced and heavily tattooed department manager. More or less, all I had to say was "Yes, I am a very hard worker." and I got the job. Not hard at all. Then a manager came in and gave me the exact same questions. Very easy.

I first had to submit my application with an attached resume. This was followed by two interviews, the first one was more behavioral based, the second one contained many more hypothetical situtations, such as the following " You are approached by an angry custumer, who is furious and demanding a refund, what measures would you take to ensure a solution."
