The process is usually three rounds.
1st is phone interview
2nd is panel interview
3rd is usually just meet of 2nd superior to open role, this portion is more personable to get a feel of how you would mesh with the team(s).

Typically the process starts with a telephonic screening interview followed by another round of telephonic, followed by face-to-face interview. there will be 2-3 people talking to you in face-to-face round. questions were mostly around behavioral and project/program management concepts.
