Applied online and was called in for an interview a few days later. The interview was a group interview, with it mainly being focused on situational questions. They then asked about your availability and what makes you a good employee.

Pick an item from the store that describes you best. Explain why.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Little Rock, AR) in Oct 2016
Interview
Took 2 weeks. They called for an interview after I had applied online. Then I took the interview that next day. The questions were difficult, in my opinion. They asked questions that would be something I feel would be more for a manager. Thankfully though the lady interviewing me "felt bad", because even she was like, "why are these even questions", and so I was called back for a second interview and this time, I did my research.... (I didn't think I'd need to, because it was Walmart and I figured the questions would be pretty basic.. Wrong), anyways.. the next interview I felt sooo much better and felt I "aced it", "Tell me what you would do if you had to address an angry customer." etc.
