Walmart Overnight Stocker interview questions

I applied in May, my resume stayed on file apparently and I had forgotten about it. Got a call to come in within a couple hours in July. Interview was with the hr manager, and a couple assistant mgrs. Asked a lot about what your previous work experience was, such as dealing with customers, cash handling, etc. Interviewers were very positive. Good overall interview experience for me and I got the job. Probably a 20 minute interview, then job offer that you complete. Then you have to take a drug test.

After submitting the application online, I got a call for an interview within the next few days. First interview was with a supervisor followed by a second interview with an assistant manager (same day). Questions are scripted, "Tell me about a time when..." and are centered around customer service and completing assigned tasks. The interview was very unprofessional as it was held out in the open so to speak in the training room. People were walking in and out throughout the interview. Sometimes I lost concentration on the question or had to stop a response because of the conversations going on around me.
