I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Boise, ID) in May 2015
Interview
I've worked at Walmart 2 previous times and both you had to be interviewed by 3 different managers. This time I was only interview by 2 and the second didn't even read off the paper. We just talked about my experience and they asked if I could do the job. I then signed some paperwork and was given a drug test. Easy interview even though I hate their open-ended 4 part questions. If you relax you will be fine.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Fayetteville, AR) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview was held in a crowded room where new hires were watching videos for orientation. I was interviewed by two managers who asked me a few odd questions that were unrelated to the job I was applying for. A few days after that, I was called in for a second interview were I was basically told I was hired. I had to sign some paper work for a background check and a drug test, and was good to go. A little less than a week later I was called in for orientation.
