Walmart Overnight Stock interview questions

Got a call from HR asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was just the guy asking me basic questions like "Why do you want to work here?" and "Do you have experience?" And then asking if I had goals for career development. He then told me about his time at the company and how he worked his way up to his position, and then he asked if I wanted the job and showed me around the back of the store. It was more just a technicality and was really straightforward.

Asked questions about your values and work experiences, pretty simple if you just think carefully about what would be good for a team environment. I did pretty well, be sure to let them know you’re a benefit and you’ll add value to the team.
