The interview process was pretty fast and easy. There were two interviews. A phone interview first and then one in person. Lasted about 20 mins. Questions were not hard and basic. You can find them on Google.
One thru seven behavioral questions, about customer service, customer satisfaction, what would you do if this happens or if that happens, make sure to explain in details but short summary. Be yourself.
