it was difficult because they are full of themselves and work as a team of friends to identify what/who they want to hire for themselves. would be better to interview with people not attached to the building.
Interview went well but there were unnecessary questions and hoops to jump through for the nature of the job that were frustrating. This was, in my opinion, a red flag for the job position.
