I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Kingston, NY) in Jul 2014
Interview
Basically asked me about my previous jobs, what experience I have, and asking about certain conflicts at the work place and what I would do to resolve the problem. I had to go to orientation. Then, I had to basically do computer work, and learn what my job title is, and learning about the dangerous hazards that could have happened, and how to respond.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Sarasota, FL) in Sep 2015
Interview
It was very quick, no more than 5 minutes. I was mostly told about the job they wanted me to take and asked if I was okay with the job functions and the hours they wanted me to work. They asked me 2 customer service questions. At the end I was asked to come back a few days later to fill out background check paperwork and that was pretty much offering me the job.
