Walmart Customer Service Manager (CSM) interview questions

they asked me about my experience, why I wanted to work for Walmart. then they asked me how I would sell a master card and if I was successful in my other store. I spoke with 3 different managers and was hired on the spot as one of them really liked me. everyone is very friendly and you learn everything before being put out to face the customers

The interview process consisted of me going into the office with my asm (it was an internal position), sitting down, and being asked 5 questions for the interview and a comprehensive plan as to how I would take care of the customers and my associates if I was given the position (It's worth mentioning that I only just turned 18 at the time, so they wanted to make sure I could handle the stress).
