Interview
Regional HR manager did a behavioral interview (over 1 hour long), the store manager of the store they wanted to place me in then interviewed me (also behavioral), then they both interviewed me (more information, relaxed, etc.) They also walked the store with me and allowed me to ask numerous questions.
