They ask you questions then give you a tour of the store you basically get it as long as you don’t have a criminal history. walmart may even hire you then, they’re pretty good about hiring anybody

How have you gone out of your way to help a customer?
it was okay. not too long. normal interview question. applied online. got a call. in person interview. waited 2 days then got an offer and waited i bit longer to start the orientation as they are getting more people.
Very chill and laidback. I did not have a a problem answering any questions that were asked by the hiring manager. I would do it again if I was offered another interview by the company.

Why are you interested in working with the company.
The interview process went smoothly and the hiring manager was very helpful and descriptive of the job duties, benefits, and work environment. I was able to observe and interview of a client of mine, very cooperative, communicative an welcoming staff.
