Frist is getting a phone call from personal management to be scheduled for an interview, there would be a waiting process to be seen by personal and then once called we shared greetings with each other.
The job went straight to Orientation without any interviews all the work they showed me on day one was also with a group of people during hiring process and while it happened during orientation

The interview process was extremely simple. It began with introductions, then transitioned into a more structured format, wherein I was asked why I wanted to work there, my previous experience, and what skills I could bring to the company. Finally, the job offer was extended.
