I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Walmart (Orland Hills, IL) in Sep 2022
Interview
Long and boring it suck and I would not recommend the job to anybody unless you’re extremely broken desperate now can I please just finish this part of this website because you need me to put 30 words here so I can actually look up something that I actually really came on the website to look for
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
