The hiring process is long and it takes 3 weeks. There are 2 interviews. In the first interview, they ask about you and your previous experiences and how you performed in those jobs. In the second, its a group, you are introduced to Walmart culture and values and you are given a scenario-based upon their values and you have to solve the scenario as a group by mentioning step by step instructions.
