Call, in person, generic questions,1 or 2 weeks of paid daily training where they introduce you to their methods etc.., lesson simulation. They'll pay you whether you pass or not. If you get accepted, you're going to be observing lessons for a couple of days.

I applied under the recommendation of another employee, I sent an email with my profile and CV. Then I got an interview with the office manager, and then another interview with who would be my direct supervisor. We talked about the responsibilities of the job and what I could bring to the table.
